Welcome to YourOtps. By accessing our website (yourotps.com) and utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account and purchasing digital credits, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use YourOtps. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. Digital Credit System

YourOtps operates on a digital credit system:

  1. You must request a balance top-up through our platform and communicate with our admin via WhatsApp for payment confirmation.
  2. Once the admin confirms the payment, credits are added to your account balance.
  3. You can use these credits to purchase OTP numbers and other digital services.
  4. Credits have no cash value outside of the YourOtps platform and cannot be transferred to other users.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want to ensure a fair experience for all users. Please review our strictly enforced refund policy:

  • Service Failure Cancellation: If a purchased service (e.g., an OTP number) is not working, you may request a cancellation within 10 minutes of the purchase. If approved, the credits deducted for that specific service will be refunded back to your account balance.
  • Top-up Delays: If your payment has been made but your credits have not been added to your account within 24 hours, you may request a refund by sending an email to our support team.
  • Strictly No Cash Refunds: Other than the top-up failure scenario mentioned above, real money is not refundable. Once credits are successfully added to your account, they cannot be converted back into cash or withdrawn. All credit purchases are final.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use YourOtps for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You may not:

  • Use our OTP numbers to engage in fraud, spam, harassment, or any illegal activities.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform's credit system or database.
  • Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or exploit promotions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund of credits, if we determine that you have violated these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, graphics, and software on YourOtps are the intellectual property of YourOtps and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

YourOtps provides digital services "as is." We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or completely error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Bangladesh, YourOtps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
