How to Track Your Credit Usage and View Transaction History

How to Track Your Credit Usage and View Transaction History

Transparency and control are at the core of the YourOTPs experience. Since our platform runs entirely on a digital credit system, we want to make sure you always know exactly how much you have, what you've spent it on, and when your top-ups were processed.

This guide will show you how to read your dashboard to keep perfect track of your credit usage.

1. Checking Your Current Balance

The most important metric—your current available credit balance—is always visible at the very top of your Dashboard.

This number updates instantly in real-time. Whenever an admin approves a top-up, or whenever you click "Buy Now" on an OTP number, this balance reflects the change immediately. You never have to refresh the page to see your current purchasing power.

2. Viewing Your Transaction History

To see exactly where your credits are going, navigate to the Transaction History (or Logs) tab in your user dashboard.

Here, you will find a chronological list of every financial action tied to your account. Each entry includes:

  • Date & Time: Exactly when the transaction occurred.
  • Type: Whether it was a Top-Up, a Purchase, or a Refund.
  • Amount: How many credits were added (shown in green) or deducted (shown in red).
  • Details: If it was a purchase, it will list the specific service (e.g., "Telegram - USA") and the generated phone number.

3. Understanding Automated Refunds in Your Logs

As mentioned in our troubleshooting guides, you have 10 minutes to cancel an unresponsive OTP number and get your credits back.

When you do this, you will see two entries in your transaction history:

  1. The Deduction: A red entry showing the credits removed when you clicked "Buy Now".
  2. The Refund: A green entry appearing a few minutes later, labeled Refund - Service Cancelled, returning the exact same amount of credits to your balance.

This ensures your accounting is always 100% accurate, and you can verify that your refunds were processed correctly.

4. Auditing Your Pending Top-Ups

If you have requested a top-up but haven't received it yet, you can view its status in the Pending Requests section. This area will show the amount you requested and the timestamp. Once the admin verifies your WhatsApp payment screenshot, the status will change to Approved, the section will clear, and the credits will move into your main transaction history.

By keeping an eye on your dashboard, you can easily manage your digital spending and ensure you always have enough credits ready for your next verification!
